Franchising is your business really the way forward?

Ultimately, the answer to the question "should I franchise my business?" is personal. But what franchise systems Excel in that small business can learn from their systematic, repeatable way of doing things. If you are seeking to franchise your business, you need to document your own systems. Even if you are not seeking to franchise, documenting your systems may be a good way to go.

And perhaps the thinking of franchising now sounds like too much, when all you are trying to do is to survive in this economy.  Well, dreaming is free, and strategic dreams are intelligent.  The dream "franchise my company" may well be move on documenting your systems. The immediate reward is best company today, followed by business more tomorrow.

Regardless of the structure of the company you choose, Susan l. Reid suggests that you stay within two degrees of separation in starting a business. If you find one that suits you, the niche is King.  If fitness is your business niche, said Liepaja, "fitness franchises that continue to innovate are those who will continue to grow."

The small business landscape is diverse. Need to find what suits you. If it works for you, the franchise may be the way to go.
